Andrew I am certain most of that inventory was condos there were whole brand new high rises were maybe 10 units got sold and then NOthing.. 

Keep your exit strategy flexible; if the duplexes don't perform as expected, selling could be a safer option.

We even have brand new homes that cash flow more, due to the fact that the builders offer a much lower interest rate.
