As a Stessa Pro member, I rely heavily on its features to manage my properties, and while sending over the tax package reports works well (since the Income Statement and Balance Sheet are standard for most accountants), my bigger challenge has been finding a real estate-savvy CPA who doesn’t charge more than my annual cash flow for their services!

We did however, put in brand new HVAC to both units, new flooring in the bigger unit and then furnished them nicely to rent MTR. n This location is 2 miles from one of the largest hospitals in Knoxville and only 3 miles to the college and downtown.

yes virtually every street in sojac we had houses on and for sure i funded fix and flip on them. keep in mind from 2003 to 2008 i was by far the largest HML in the market place.. you has SIF that was also there but were 4X bigger in volume.

Don't need an LLC, which adds to the cost (for now since everything is in a trust and I have an umbrella policy for liability, eventually I will get an LLC where I can spread the costs out)I wanted to get everyone's thoughts on this.
