Our market is extremely competitive for rentals and homes for sale  so I will be putting an ad on Marketplace, seeking an investor to purchase a property and lease to them, as they can pay up to 2500 for a 4 bedroom, and more for higher number of rooms. win/win.

I set up my keyword alerts, spent time adding value in the forums, and started my own meetup.

We added a mini split system, new floors throughout, rebuilt the deck, added windows, repaired waste lines, roof, siding, stucco, cleaned up the basement and remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms.

Are you paying money to run ads just to help?

Austin is still in the top 3 markets for apartment absorption rate, it's just that we added 60,000 new units in 2 years, so it will take a few years to get the supply and demand balance in check.

This property had strong potential for adding value, especially with its ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) potential.

Is that per TV or cover the whole house.I have upscale vacation rentals so I'm personally not cheating out by not providing cable channels.I even put this in my ads. " If other properties aren't even providing cable channels, what other corners are they cutting?
