I would also attend the BR area meetups and try to speak with someone active in the STR niche.

(Especially when you live at your investment, it can be time and attention consuming, but it's an incredible way to learn the ins and outs of real estate investment.)3) Attending local meet-ups is a great way to make connections and learn.

Maybe someone that works there or attends there wants to be within walking distance. 

I recently attended a Visit Orlando market outlook presentation and they emphasized that Orlando is still the most visited destination in the US.

My goals with the money will be to retire early, travel (I am a Flight Attendant), pay off my parents mortgage, give back to those in need, save money, and be able to do the things I want to do without the burden of constantly worrying about money.

@Evan Loader Not sure if you've tried these methods but i would try going to your local multifamily investor meets up, attending larger multifamily conferences and networking with Sponsors on social media platforms like BP and linkedlin.
