@Misook FoleyTypically a bank will not release one of the lien holders and a refinance would be necessary.As part of the settlement agreement the court may order the property and or the debt to one of the parties but again that name is not releasedOther factors do come into play such as what state it was in as some states have different laws regarding equitable interest etcI would speak to your divorce attorney about this and see what can be done

Some other states it has late on taxes, divorce, but as court data goes each area has its problems for tools like propstream to pull.I've got about 3200 leads I'm actively SMS'ing to in reireply.

The rent from 4 houses covered the mortgage for 5 over the last 18 months I’ve been dealing with an appealed eviction and the court collecting and holding the rent.Everything I bought rented for 1% to 0.65% of the initial purchase price (more now).

If you were bidding on a property that went to $101,000 and you only had $5,000 on deposit, you would not be able to bid the $101,000 - you would be "out" due to lack of funds.If you won the auction for $100,000 - the $95,000 balance is due the next day, in certified funds, at the court clerk's office.

I think the best you can probably do here is sue them in small claims court to keep your costs at a minimum.
