@Evonee Mitchell It is a method of getting into real estate investing through either renting out rooms in your own home or purchasing a multi family property to live in one unit and rent out the others.

@Mary Mitchell when I say buying equity I mean the bigger the down payment is the more equity you will have in an investment.

@Quentin Mitchell  Friends and family are your true private lenders, so reaching out to my network was the way I got started.That said, I still use bank loans for most of my funding.  4% fixed for 30 years are terms you're not going to get from private lenders, and definitely not HML.
