I own an AirBNB in Denver and I just got a year long request and the person doesn't have any reviews.

Seems more like a co-op setup if you think of it; just worse.

I am considering investing in a duplex in Colorado Springs, CO and/or Austin, Texas. 

I'm hunting down pre-foreclosures to flip (my backyard is in the $250k-$450k+ range), and then putting that cash in a neighborhood in southern CO with lower property values that cash flow.
