I would wait to close or at least until you have the clear to close from the lender just in case it runs behind you don’t want to take money from someone and not be able to deliver.  I

You can also require they subscribe to automatic delivery  but they sometimes mess up too. 

They have access to paid databases like LexisNexis, TransUnion TLO, etc that make it very easy to find someone's new/current address in a matter of minutes with a few keyboard clicks.4)  Mail him a letter to his last known address (I'm assuming your rental address) with the words "Return Service Requested" printed above the delivery address. 

The big lesson was to make sure the contract specifies delivery of clear title, rather than just marketable title.

What I can tell you is that gathering condo questionniares, by laws, and budgets from management companies that facilitate the delivery of these documents is one of the biggest headaches I encounter. 

I ordered a 4pack kitchen appliances from Home Depot.but they delayed the delivery twice (the new date is July 21st, but  they also could delay it again...)I want to cancel the order and buy from a different placeLowes and Menards also deliver in 3-4 weeks. ive  talked to Metro Appliances, but they dont have an online store.anyone know some local store I can just ask for a 4 pack, give general details of the appliances I need, a budget, and they can handle it in about a week?

I am not sure what the protocol is for delivery drivers but i love spending my commute with turning my car into my personal class room through pod casts.
