Canada's a a big country, not all markets are overly heated.In the near term (next month), the drop in foot traffic is likely to outweigh the half-a-point drop in the overnight rate.

Hi Geetha,I ventured out on a drive tonite before dark (Sunday) and normally vibrant hustling Austin was a almost a ghost town.Restaurant parking lots empty or almost empty, hardly any cars on the road at all compared to normal.Freeways wide open and clear, hardly any traffic noise at all.It wasn't quite the Key and Peele Apocalypse, but it was eerie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Wondering if I should:1) Lay LVP in the kitchen and hallway (cheapest option but worried that this will not look good as floor will not be uniform and LVP may clash with the hardwood)2) Weave new hardwood into the kitchen and hallway and refinish the living room and bedrooms floors so that everything matches (worried about maintaining hardwoods, especially in high traffic areas.
