@Aran Shinaar If your emails have gone unanswered then you pick up the telephone and call the broker. 

I only posted using the wire frame ground devices, no trees or telephone poles. 

We called them landlords.In 1959 Bill Nickerson, a California Telephone Company employee, wrote and had published a book titled " How I Turned $3,000 into $1,000,000 By Investing In Real Estate In My Spare Time".  

This leads me to believe the proerty may still be available.I've done my research, found the owner/address/telephone number/occupation/etc (Thanks Google!!)

I see hand written signs on telephone poles and chain link fences all over, saying "we pay cash for your ugly house"  does that really work?  

I would start by setting up an office with multiple telephone lines and 1 or 2 assistants; Then I would set up 2 decent inexpensive webpages-one for sellers and one for buyers.

I clicked on cell number, thinking it was a cell as in programming, but nooooo, it want's my telephone cell number, LOLSo, how do you shut off e-mails and not get calls?

HERE'S WHAT I DID.As soon as I finished with the city clerk, I began making a series of telephone calls to any and every official in my city hall.I call the supervising abatement officer, I did not get any tractionI call my city councilman and his assistant said they will look into it.I called the mayor's office and yelled a lot.I called the city ombudsman and complained.  

One is labeled "Bell Atlantic" for what I assume is for telephone utility and the other is labeled PP&L (the local power company).

I did some telephone calling to small business owners and had some positive contact.
