Not having any pics of the interiors always make me leary as they're usually hiding something by not posting pics.

I decided to just book an inspection since I needed to get some pics of a water heater I need to replace (with the one tenant that has not been visited recently).

For example, doing a quick scan on the deal above , about 30% of your lot rents of 200 are eaten up by your w/s/t/ bills. .So what is that , 12 homes paying lot rent of 200 a month ( leaving out the home payments ) , 2400 a month in gross rev per month or 28,800 a year.

Are you actively scanning your market everyday to gauge the flow of sales?

I take drivers license pics and a copy of tax returns.

Follow that to the tip ,,,hold down the pilot button,,,light the pilot,,,continue to hold down till tc holds flame on  and turn to on.You may need a new valve or just a new tc if it doesnt work right or reliably.That all being said the pics look like that lady has some age on her.
