How many RV parks and how full? 

HelloWe travelled to tarpon springs with my wife in March and really loved the area and the parks/beaches there.We are thinking about buying a vacation house/ investment property there.

One property in Richton Park jumped by over $1,800.  

Target areas: Hyde Park, Millbrook, Kingston, Saugerties, Woodstock.   

A lot of empty parking lots still.

How often should I come up to do a routine inspection?

. - Are their ways to add other income streams to the building such as: washer dryers, parking, storage units, etc... - Also, spend some time before/after to drive by comparable properties in the neighborhood to understand your competition and the rents they are asking. 

I'm interested in purchasing raw land (or close to raw) to scale up as cash flow permits. I have a half dozen years of experience renting out a few single family homes and am looking to bet big in a different market. ...

I own a 3-unit property in San Diego on the edge of trendy North Park.

I owned parks in Oregon and Washington and the rules and laws varied a lot.
