You will want to look out for a lender that is responsive, straightforward and has a track record of reviews and closings.

@Lily Yu    I might not  have a problem with a 5 year old felony depending on what it was and if the record is clean from there. 

I do t have long term experience with them yet but They have a good track record and seem to really have it together from my experience.

Still haggling this deal but thought I would make sure to record the experience and share.

I’m primarily evaluating the deal I’m lending on, but I also want to see what kind of track record the borrower has in managing their financial obligations.
