are you referring to the "indoor/outdoor bulb" thermostat?

While a lot of companies will probably rely on a data scientist or programmer to work on a complex version of a MCS, you can find some free (or at least not super expensive) programs or Excel add-ons that will be much more user-friendly.

Install a Nest or Ecobee thermostat along with Bluetooth keyless deadbolt locks. 

I’m wondering if a Nest or other “smart” thermostat may be able to provide some type of data output that could then help me in dividing the oil usage between the two tenants??

(As stated by the responding plumber) The thermostat was kept at 70 degrees as it always is when Anna leaves.

I put in a couple 7 day programmable thermostats to take a step toward a more efficient house; each unit only has one thermostat.

Abridged list:- Before moving i removed my Nest thermostat, and hired them to install a different one. 

I go to evaluate every issue unless it can be trouble shooted from the phone (“I can’t get my thermostat up to 75.”
