When seeking funding I was instructed to stay away from anyone requesting upfront fees for processing and or origination fees.

For example, in many parts of the US high paying manufacturing jobs have gone away, such as the automotive manufacturing jobs for which the average pay was about $40/Hr plus benefits.

Are you talking about an actual "mobile" home or a manufactured home that is on a permanent foundation?

I'm very interested in this areas as well since currently living in Seattle, i could see it would help a lot with getting more affordable (and creative) housing options here.I have good relationship and contacts with a large container manufacturer in Vietnam which builds and customizes the container homes. 

Don't expect narrative step-by-step instruction to $1 million dollars.

For now, have them both pay you rent however they'd like to, be it together or separately as long as they follow your payment instructions on your lease.
