When the lender brought up the issue, he just said that he needed more backyard space for his kid and it was a non-event.

We have a Wii in the kids bunk room and it gets used all the time.

If so, any tips for doing this for tems, contract, etc? 

Little kids or bad adults are more likely to cause problems.
