Physically going to the county courthouse and researching a/any probate file is more accurate than paying for a service. 

Pets, strictly meaning an animal that does not serve a disability (emotional or physical).Emotional Support Animal (ESA) -- I always think this is an interesting one because people assume ESAs are allowed anywhere. 

We have NEVER accepted checks at a physical location nor traveled around to collect rents.

I'm just wondering if there are other considerations that should be factored in, such as incorporating the depreciable asset of the apartment structure in MFH versus mobile home parks being primarily land, etc.

I know he's your father, but you probably should've called the cops for him physically assaulting you and they could've gotten your keys/title back.

It also included replacing some damaged trim around the dormer windows, and some minor repairs to box gutters (box gutters are a physical part of the roof and soffit structure).So my quoted amounts might be replacing both your line 1 & 2 items. 

Some of my properties were insured and after hurricane Irma and a few close calls with tenants threatening to sue, I decided that I needed asset protection and began looking at Anderson advisors and Companies Incorporated for advice and strategies to protect current assets and avoid losing substantial portion of the inherited trust due to a tenant threatening to sue because a cabinet fell on her.  

Additionally, I feel calling my contacts up on the weekly to discuss listings without being able to physically see the properties may exhaust the relationship.Have any of you faced this challenge, and if so, what techniques did you use to help overcome this?
