This is my first Discussion.I have been up digging the the archives of the BRRRR for a few weeks now and found so many discussions and the truth if the matter is , I'm just stuck as to which way I should move forward!

I'd say the best thing you could do is select Education, (top left of this site) then go to Webinars, and then go through the Webinar Archive.

I picked up on many different trades and built a mental archive of useful info that I'd use to kickstart something on my own. 

So, gutting a kitchen or bath would not necessarily make it un-liveable (unless there was only one bath that had been removed) while examples like removing sub floor to the joists or removing a wall for an addition would make it un-liveable.

Your local library with a genealogy section, maybe at a local college, will almost certainly take them for archiving purposes if you have a name or an address where they came from. 

With hundreds archived, paging through is not efficient.
