Promotion to outside sales at my day job and most of my expenses are covered by renting other side (Tenant moves in next week) and company paying my car etc..

I came to know and trusted Morris Invest (MI) a Podcast for real estate investors promoted by Clayton and Natalie Morris, which they received referral fees from Oceanpointe (OP) Property Management aka Oceanpointe Investment, LLC  and promoting their business to investors.

Any suggestions on social media promoters. ?

Is it in a growing area or is it in a successful town/area that also have good economic diversity, population growth?  

Vince Mack Wholesaling is promoted as low risk / low cost way to make money in real estate but it’s tougher than the gurus make it sound.

You'd think I set you up to ask that so I could promote it, but of course you know that's not the case. 

The votes generally work to promote value-added posts...but the ineffective internet gutter posts get voted up too.

Mr Cardone who is real estate guru take the cash 98% from friend and relatives, just 2% from others.There is an important point which no one pointed out in this fourm, which assest diversity, it is so dangerous to put all the cash on one industry like real estate, because like any industry, there is good and bad time.
