I have cut out all music and have been listening to the podcast and audiobooks for the past week while I drive for work trying to gain as much information as I can.       

People are certainly interested and the way I know is when they walk up to me when I am cutting the grass.

I had a client with a tenant that applied for a Chicago program and since the landlord didn't sign or participate in the application, the check for $20,000 back rent was cut directly to the tenant.

I considered listing as 'for sale by owner' to save on commissions, and even put up Rent2Own signs which did get a lot of interest in the first weekend.However, after looking at the refinance term sheet from that weekend, I decided to just cut my losses short and sell.

So maybe the recorder wont record them and that cuts the sharper wholesaler who knows how to do their own escrows off at the knees ????

It's pretty clear cut that the credit pull came from her application. 

Lately I have seen a lot of value cuts, so also plan on the conservative side.

When we arrived from Nebraska, we were quite shocked in the difference in costs relating to fuel, groceries, services and night life.

What percentage of the cut is typical?
