I am currently using FUB/Ylopo and zBuyer, working with a few Ylopo social/PPC leads right now but they are going to take Alot of work to convert, zBuyer for SoCal are 99% seniors that are just curious about their home value, so while there's been conversions they are far and few between.

Hi Brick,As an alternative, you may want to consider converting the 4 units to 4 condos and selling each individually.

Sales are inching slightly but have stayed flat for the most part.

Often the term insurance from a term rider is "paid-off" over time and converted into 100% whole life.

And at same time, it's understood that depending on what you do to convert those assets who do nothing alone, into something that generates $$$$, that the overall value/worth of that enterprise will be based upon how efficiently it generates revenue and converts gross revenue to net profit. 

So many people try to convert a property they originally never considered as a pure investment property into an investment property.
