I have recently moved to West Texas where the oil boom has created an opportunity for to me go into business for myself so I have started looking into the LLC and insurances required.I have researched land, home prices, and labor/material cost in the area and there is definitely a benefit to build here.

No sealcoat wont stop weeds , its a coal tar emuslion , its purpose is to block uv rays and prevent a barrier to gas oil and grease .

My problem is that I've heard nightmares about tenants parking Motorcycles in the living room and changing their oil.

My parents are in SNJ and switched from oil heat to gas last year.

When a house runs out of oil, or freezes at -30 degrees its tough to fix.

My bro-inlaw is an architect in Cheyenne and he says all the contractors are busy with stuff related to the oil and gas.

I have heard from our attorney that an oil company went in, dug up parking lots, had mounds of asphalt and dirt piled up and left it there.
