Real estate involves learning the rules of the game, strategy, team building, winning, losing, over coming injuries, being yelled at by a coach, discipline, scoring that game winner, etc so there is plenty of connections one can make.

I would like to think I became an expert in the field of investing in real estate and even tried 4-5x to get a duplex in San Antonio but it wasn't meant to be.The summer of 2017 I decided to move up to Dallas (where I wanted to be from day 1) with no network, no friends, no family and a new teaching/coaching job.

Many people making these claims have a program, coaching or mentoring they are trying to sell.

You may want to consider doing a paid coaching/mentoring program that will help you out all the pieces together.  

How much access will you get directly to the mentor/coach? 

Hi guys, I am new to spec houses building and I want to connect with spec houses investors around Atlanta,Ga area to get some advice and coaching.
