A lot of guys in my area use them but we find the process cleaner and more profitable to deal direct with the homeowner. 

I was going to mention uncommunicative cleaners but we found a wonderful replacement after our original cleaners quit on us. 

We have tracked and logged more than 500 hours and materially participated more hours on the property than the rest of our team (cleaner, handymen, etc.) and would like to try and exercise the "STR Loophole" to offset W2 income for 2022.

Tenant complains about the "gross" cleaning supplies left behind by the cleaners (windex, a scrub) and that there is dust on the cleaning supplies.

Pretty simple, just offload any stocking or other issues to your cleaners and pay them more, but really I do most of it myself. 

If I was them, I'd want the cleaner or PM to verify, then fix the issues and see what would make you happy with the stay. 

If you buy a good house in the right community that has great amenities and location to Disney and invest to make it stand out (theming), hire great cleaners and stay involved with your guests, you can do well. 

Profitable because provides a solution to landlords, provides a solution to travelers, makes capital investment in furnishings, provides jobs for cleaners, repair and maintenance people, and property managers.

It makes things cleaner as you add more properties.
