New casino in that area has brought some good things.  

I get to keep the 1000sqft shop to myself, which is pretty important to me because I am a car enthusiast and make money on the side working on cars.

Not too many vacation homes but it certainly is a 4 seasons community; skiing, hunting, boating, casino, etc. and of course the race track.Prices are all over the place depending on the area.

I have real investors that want to invest nation wide in hotels, resorts, casino, etc.

As for commitment, I need a better retirement vehicle than the wallstreet casino (but I understand the need to purchase correctly and not overpay)Thanks Pat and Mr.

Extremely great points Kevin Yeats.I have never taken the time to study the Trump casino failures.

I'd like to help her out but just don't know how to form a partnership in this situation.She is young and enthusiastic and I'm sure she'll work hard to run the shop, but she does not have any business background.

Yet there are some new condo developments, prime night clubs, art galleries, a casino all within 1/2 mile tops and its a short ride to Center City Philadelphia & South Jersey(I95 & 76 near by).

Would love to get together with some local real estate enthusiast,It, seems to be an important step to making things happen.
