Many investors I work with from the Bay Area are purchasing here and many people from the Bay Area are relocating here as work from home becomes more accepted.

This is a very hard thing to accept. 

You mitigate risky applicants by rejecting them not accepting them with conditions.

Thus, I'm trying to find a convenient way to accept payments and transfer the payments to pay the mortgage. 

The Program could easily refuse the tenant or the state could say they ran out of money.To the landlords that received rental assistance how long did it take before application was accepted.

Number 2 seems pretty vague as to the number of members that would be acceptable. 

We need to accept that and make things happen in spite of where rates are right now.Let me know if you have any other specific questions. 

With that said, the buyer can still proceed with the sale if they are comfortable & able to overcome the appraisal gap and/or a solution is worked out financially between buyer and seller to make it feasible.So if appraisal gap is a concernBefore accepting:- Ensure the sales price on the contract is inline with market expectations. 

@Ryan DaultonYou cannot do this if the offering only accepts accredited investors.There are plenty of offerings available for non accredited investors that also have a lot lower barrier to entry

The estoppel is a form filled out by the tenant, then confirmed by the Landlord, and then accepted by the Buyer.
