It turned into a huge fiasco, but after a lot of screaming and wailing, they were finally gone.In hind site, I would have used a process server to deal with them, because I was drawn into too much of their drama.  

In BC, the landlord can server a 2-month notice to terminate a lease when a major renovation is to take place.You can read BC's Residential Tenancy Act here

It was a loooooong process as the judge went back and forth with Sheriff servers and process servers to ensure the owners had sufficient time and notice.  

I will be re-launching my website shortly here (changing host server), which has a signup for buyers list, where I note which properties may be a good deal, Whether it be Zillow foreclosures, short sales, etc..

I've done this on serveral properties now and it works great. 

The pictures are uploaded to the MLS rather than having a link to a server where they are posted.

We have tried everything from FB messenger, email, phone, even process server and no luck. 

@Rohan DesaiThere is a private server constantly out scrubs local rental market data.

BTW, I usually hire a private process server  for the initial paperwork because I get much quicker service since the sheriff's office is often overburdened and takes several days and the cost is the same.  

I have a Network Attached Server (RAID enabled with 5 hard drives) with 10GB of space.
