It was a loooooong process as the judge went back and forth with Sheriff servers and process servers to ensure the owners had sufficient time and notice.

BTW, I usually hire a private process server  for the initial paperwork because I get much quicker service since the sheriff's office is often overburdened and takes several days and the cost is the same.
