You can change the codes, or lock and unlock it through the Schlage app, so being out of state is no problem.

So going cheap sometimes can cost you a lot of money.....you really have to take a deep dive into their practices.....one of the practices I don't like these days is self showings....so not agent meets the prospective tenant, but they just give them a code to get in your house...where they could leave windows unlocked, doors open, etc, and you don't know until bad things happens, squatters move in, Raves happen, things like that.   

In order to refinance the first FHA loan into a conventional loan to unlock another FHA, you would need more equity in the property first.
