My thinking is that the looming stagflation is going to  price more and more out of the site built market so that the middle class home buyer of the future may have to resort to manufactured by necessity rather than by choice. 

This along with no extra-curricular activities made a home purchase in the states a necessity. 

They can advise about the necessity of the LLC, it may not be necessary....

I think the issue is the foundation ends just above grade so the siding is there out of necessity at this point since it's a pretty old house. 

I was planning to find an investment property in the next few months, but it seems necessity may have changed that time frame.
