I mean EVERYTHING; clothes in the closet still with new tags, unused kitchen items, tons of childrens clothes, furniture, etc. etc. etc..  

Does putting furniture in your flips seem to make the home sell faster or for more money in most cases?

Have them buy some cheap 2nd hand furniture for pennies to make it furnished or perhaps you both pitch in a little.Plus, you get to feel good about giving a little back.  

Its a small space so once all of our furniture is in it will make painting everything really tricky.
