I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn right there in the heart of all the action and down by the lake, did the syrup tour @ Bragg Farm Sugarhouse and even had a pretty big bird decide to take off as I was passing it and fly across my windshield and hit it with the sound of a big "THUNK" while driving to the Bragg Farm.

This is my technically my 3rd flip but the first 2 weren't really true flips (literally called home depot and lowes to replace carpet and cabinetry.)

Fan at Wal-Mart or Home Depot is $115-150 range....you can get a G/D for $75-$100....

I plan on simply buying stock windows myself at lowes, home depot, or menards and then have my contractor install them for me. 

Similar carpet at Depot was $2.50 a foot.

If you have one of those cool shower inserts like you see at Home Depot all is great and cheap, if you have tile and cultured marble and the like the price skyrockets quickly.

I am looking for full service management with boots on the ground to do the cleaning, gardening & keeping supplies, in addition to managing the online marketing/listings.
