Any special lenders that you were using that accept foreign nationals?

The appraisals that are submitted to us by borrowers “hoping” we will accept them are often performed by “state licensed” appraiser who do not hold the MAI designation.  

I don't have any restrictions on pets with the exception of 2 things: no dogs under the age of 1, and breeds listed on my insurance policy that are not accepted. 

But we have talked about his plans to move out because I told him I was going to either sell or renovate, and that either way I would need the house vacant by Feb 1, 2025 so I was preparing a Termination of Lease letter and AB 1482 popped up on the "form" from the website.   

The City worker called while I was in transit and asked me if I would accept payment and let the tenant stay...

Yes they will only accept exclusive agreements, nothing else was acceptable.
