Anyone else having problems with tonight's webinar?

Listen to the BP webinars hosted by BP's own Josh Dorkin and he will give you a step by step guide on how to use the calculator.  

I still jump on 3 to 5 webinars month with out-of-state folks seeing what they are selling.

where do i find the worksheets from the webinars?

We are looking to operate here in Denver and then eventually do some deals in my hometown in Texas.We just found this site this week on YouTube and after the webinar last night, decided that this is an excellent place for us to learn about the business and network with some excellent people.

I'm currently going through some of the eBooks and webinars, and will start in on the Podcasts soon.For practical education, I've been trying to analyze potential deals that fit into my preferred category (small, multi-family units within an hour or so of home).
