Some get upset, some make assumptions as to why but I simply inform them it is not my policy to divulge my reasoning and hang up.I am not obligated to tell people why their personal life situation is so pathetic that they do not qualify to rent from me but they probably know.....

Many of you are SAVVY AND EXPERIENCED.My questions are simple and not made to UPSET ANYONE.

Be aware that if you evict people, they can become quite upset and drag the process out, as well as do damage to the property, which can cost you more money in repairs.

Funny thing....I had a few people a little upset, but no one moved.

Victor - I recently did this exact same thing, and Jon is right - they're going to use traditional sales comps.

The home still cashflows at 300.00 a month though so I can't be too upset.

Most of my issue is I am so upset dealing with these people that think I am that stupid to send them $800.00 for processing fees before wiring me a loan.

I am upset that these people lied to me and tried to cheat me so I really do want them out NOW.  

Secondly, Jon's title of this post is "frustrated" which tells me he is upset from what this person is telling him.
