@Ben Tunduwani it seems there is a steep increase in people looking to do this which could be a response to increased traffic that short term rental platforms have seen through COVID.

There would be much less traffic at a $2,100 price point, but the point is - Zillow is the “goto” website for rentals.  

My reasoning is that this would have the least amount of day to day traffic. 

I usually offer a custom website for the buildings I buy with directory of tenants on there and try to help their visibility and business traffic to their own sites.Little things that do not cost much in the overall picture can help foster goodwill with business tenants and they like to stay when they feel landlord keeps up the place and cares. 

It gives the property a presence of how you live in this house and adds tremendous marketing traffic and often value to the property.

Since doing that I received my first lead directly through my website including a call from an owner asking to be taken off the mailing list plus some more traffic to my site as a result.

It's fairly easy to identify someone by their traffic and browsing history, and ISP's sell this kind of data to online advertisers (which is why I should use a VPN, but I'm too lazy).

It's a little rural but since the expressway has been revamped into Tampa it opens up a lot more traffic and options. 

I realize it’s all relative to location and top 10 percent of listings but let’s just say it’s a great location and will be a top 10 percent performing listing, enough year-round traffic?

Do you have a reliable lead generation engine akin to those described by BP podcast guests who are always from the US: driving for dollars, DM campaigns, cold calling via virtual assistants, evergreen website with traffic directed from SEO paid word searches, etc?
