Our tenants that are having issues are "amazon proof" and rely heavily on foot traffic.

Hello @Marc Izquierdo,I think @Max T. hit the nail on the head.You've gotten some good traffic and multiple applications, price is not the issue.Inquiries on my rental and sales listings have slowed down a bit as well.

Vacations are the stuff that make life full, exciting, brings us closer together, and gives us JOMO (joy of missing out - of staff meetings, traffic, weird neighbors).
