I'm looking to talk to someone who is investing in Cleveland to pick their brain on what areas in Cleveland are thriving so I    can see if that's the right area for me.

MDI is thriving during the summer months.

@Michael JonesI agree with @Jaysen Medhurst if the unit/building is in a thriving downtown close to bars, restaurants, etc, I definitely would go for it.

Hi @Peter Kozlowski - check out Thrive REIA ... meetings are typically held in Walnut Creek and generally have a really good turnout and quality guests/speakers.

So unless you thrive on the anxiety & enjoy a stressful marriage move on.

It's been an area thriving on tourism and vacation rentals for decades, the regulations are friendly, and the local economy depends almost entirely on tourism.  

I'm not sure if you remember but we spoke on the phone a few months back.You mentioned you thrived during this period. 

We have a pretty good thriving real estate market here.
