That group was sort of what planted the seed to look for an investment stateside :)  Anyway hoping to salvage this deal, but yeah it's turned into a mess and the lender has made one mistake after another. 

There many pockets of older properties near the old sugar land plant north of 59.  

And I hope that GM plant layoff won't hurt the London market. 600 jobs is bad.

A pre-manufactured  is a factory built home or AKA modular home that is built in a plant and disassembled and trucked to a site and re assembled where it is installed on a foundation with a basement or a slab that is concrete that meets the local compliance of the building and zoning departments.

It's just as labor intensive as removing the texture, but doesn't require any special licenses since original stuff isn't disturbed.One other thing I was told is that if you test the ceiling, it comes back positive, and you don't abate - I believe it becomes something that you'd have to disclose when selling (if that's your plan).

Both move construction from the jobsite to mfr plants, which is fine. 

For one to get this kind of deals, one has to plant the seeds way in advance.
