So if any of you Rockstars out there want to throw a newbie a bone, I'm looking for that super talented agent you previously worked with that seem a cut above the rest operating in the Burlington County area of New Jersey.

I don't do facebook or linken or any other type of social media so this allows an hour a day or so for BP.. and I check It every day  even if I am in Thailand or Paris.. or Tel aviv or Singapore.. all the hotels have wireless.

My PM's construction company has currently been doing subway tile, however I noticed the hotel I was at was using shower walls and I thought they looked nice. 

Started with multifamily, then hotels, and recently senior living.  

Instead of sitting in hotels or bars while on the road I'd love to turn this into productive time that can benefit my real estate investment career.

I find myself in madisonville more often... mostly for Mazunte lol... but with Medpace, the Summit Hotel, the Ackerman Development coming online.... and the fact it’s surrounded by some posh *** neighborhoods I think it has a good future..

Hotel room rates can control the housing market price...LOL
