@Ashish Acharya A big part of my post is highlighting how specific details in local regulations can make it increasingly challenging to operate short-term rentals, even in towns where they’re technically permitted.

There was one where something on syndications and the person was saying how great a specific way to do things was - I called them out and said of course you are gonna say that as your company is a software company that does that.

@Vidit Maini You might want to be more specific regarding what type, if business you want to start.

Do you have a specific market you are interested in? 

I don't care for Section 8 investing as a specific strategy.
