Checkout some of the great Vrbo tools like market maker.You can see demand, occupancy of your competition for certain dates.The boost function can move you up in the search results for certain dates and it will also show you where you are in the search results for any dates you choose.I get most of my bookings from Vrbo and people always find me on there.

@Vic ReddyThey can try and negotiate but if they have substantial assets the lender is aware of it and will go after themI get the sense there is more to this story - for example in some jurisdictions they require older buildings to be updated by a specific date which is usually years in advance.

We wanted to do LVP throughout the house and the kitchen and bathrooms had an extra layer of plywood to raise its height so we had to manually crowbar it out, which took days and a lot of work.Aside from the flip, we didn't expect the sellers too keep changing their minds on closing date.
