It is good to have choices of investors, because some of us want different kinds of properties or are looking for different profit margins.From what I hear talking to other wholesalers, the hard part for you is going to be finding the deal.Inventory is low, prices are on the rise and many people are scouring the market for good deals.  

Some mentees will act as a bloodhound for the mentor, knocking on doors, driving for dollars, scouring the internet, making cold calls, or performing other services that help the mentor find new deals.

We have a good friend that we work with in the office that's big into investments, and scouring deals for contractors.

I’d recommend saving your money towards your next down payment and to continue scouring the market.

I know in my area I would have to scour for deals for weeks.

That way I'm only typing the values once, and I can edit them in one spot without scouring the document to make sure I didn't miss anything.I'd prefer a third-party solution as I don't want to switch my property management software right now. 

Or, do I have to give the first applicants notice that we received a second application and they have a certain amount of time to sign a lease.I have scoured google and some other Texas Property code resources (92.351) and have not found a straightforward answer with a source document.Thanks!
