Should I pay a listing fee to a local MLS with one picture of the house (exterior) or just wait until the rehab is done and upload the pics?

I would ask if you can see the invoice, it really should be scanned in for you to view and provide when you process your taxes

Knowing that the home owner has done an absolutely awful job of marketing the property (like I mean, not even putting one interior pic online), and considering he wants to move on and build a home, I feel like if I walked in with a check for $100K, he should be happy, not insulted.
