However, I am sure you agree manufacturing quality is just a small element of what goes into the decision process of developing a MHP.It seems from your responses you believe developing a MHP can be a profitable under some circumstances. 

They all rent @ 2%+ what I paid for them and we've got them all in great shape.Now looking to offer for sale as a package deal and move on to the next challenge.

Could you obtain a higher sales price selling in packages?

This past few years they added a few things to their inspection though...for instance every sink must have a stopper, so I buy a package of the rubber ones each go round 'just in case' .

The Wind risk is part of the Property Insurance (homeowners, Dwelling/Fire, commercial package, etc.) . 

Blomberg units were once in this category (or near it), but have declined since manufacturing shifted from Germany to Turkey.Whirlpool/Electrolux have recently introduced heat pump driven, compact dryers in North America, which is an interesting development ... if only their reliability / repair history were better.Ventless (condensation or heat pump) dryers work well, but differently, than the more traditional in N.A. element driven dryers.  

I take that to mean that your firm sells portfolio packages of bundled secured notes and then turns around and issues loans on real estate.

Just that the market combined with your state of mind tells me clean break.You can sell all as a package and 1031 into a passive investment and collect your 7% - 8% for the next 20 years but its too small for a big group without a  huge hair cut. 

@Isaac Boateng  In Nevada, the seller is required to furnish the buyer with a resale package for the HOA.
