Silver coins/rounds might be more useful at $25/oz when you want to buy some food... 

I think if one door knock everyday, hold open houses as much as possible, attacks their sphere of influence vigilantly, advertises, finds investment deals, continues to educate themselves, they could achieve 100k+ income within two years.

In my area basements are very popular, as a hidie hole from those tornados that blow in from Oz.

This will do a couple of things.1)  it will get them to ask questions in a non threatening setting.2) it may whet their appetite to either do something themselves or may inspire them to refer someone in their sphere of influence to you.Hope this helps!!

In New Zealand and OZ you can't do anything hardly without a bank account.

As I learn more about Opportunity Zones, I see the value in building on OZ land.  

After 10 years the gain on the OZ becomes tax free.These funds do offer economics associated with the project.   

Could be a good 'edge' to have in the investing sphere :)
