Our over all objective is to hold the house for equity growth and future financial freedom, but is it worth potentially just breaking even or having a small monthly expense to keep the homes? 

My wife and I would be happy to organize the events if there will be interest and attendees.

Remember, no system is perfect, so avoid the temptation of constantly chasing after the next shiny object.

Aim for expansion by establishing clear objectives for growing your holdings, like obtaining more house hack properties or branching out into other real estate categories.

I would love to join in on any BP groups that do OOS deals  (I have proven time management, attention to detail and paperwork organization skills in exchange for getting to learn alongside some REI masters). 

If they organize luncheons attend them and establish a rapport.

After some research I've found some concerning reviews for the 'group' behind this company - the Aaron Organization. 

BP promotes "the shiny object" and not the practical.

I am a numbers and spreadsheet guy, so I like to see all the numbers layed out and organized before making a decision.
