The user simply uploads the video - which is hosted on YouTube - onto the property listing and voila! 

It would be fantastic if a user could weigh in with a thumps up or down.

I think it depends on goals and experience, section 8 is a good guaranteed income, air bnb or short term will have higher rents but you will have more monthly expenses (cleaning, internet, lawncare) student housing is another option, and then good old LTR.

Investors are not going to pay the same premium that an owner user would.

Another option ($$$) Might be to engage an advertising company, and have them flood the local radio, TV and Internet With bi-weekly news stories about the coming business, focusing on the number of jobs that will be created.The number of jobs both for construction workers to build it, and the number of employees that will staff it over the shifts it will be open.

In todays world there are much better options for the application process but there are LOTS of background/credit check companies on the internet that provide different services and have different pricing.
