We have found its actually cheaper to build right now than buy an existing property.

I'd think there exists an option for a loan of SOME sort that only cares about the value of the asset, and that the loan stays current.

It's too close to an existing one unfortunately.

Overall, it's a great idea/theory, but execution has gotten much more difficult between regulation and market saturation in some more popular areas.

Turnover costs are functions of many things including length of tenancy, quality of tenant, occupancy level, existing finishes (carpet has shortest lifespan but is cheap), etc.I hope unit is ready to show by Nov 1.
