Tons of people have the mini-consoles at home, but few have an actual arcade machine.After months of deliberation, we went with a 4-player machine from Quality Arcades with the track-ball and two light guns (ie, their top tier machine).

Does this wholesaling company you’re going to associate with actually purchase the property and then resell, or do they just “flip” the contract?

I question what percentage of those who invest in RE unleveraged actually understand the numbers and how extensive their underwriting effort.  

Would like to do more ponds on our Country Subdivision projects here in Iowa, but the Corp of Engineers governs these, and this same pond would have cost $80,000 to $120,000 for the "Right to build"; not to actually build here.

Are you looking to just subdivide and sell the lots or actually build?

It comes down to having good insurance for protection.I keep around five rentals per LLC, and I am in Jacksonville, FL, where my homes are worth around $250-350k.Having more than ten bank accounts is excessive.
