I can do Industrial office mix use hotels and churches.

As for Coldwell, I’ve heard mixed reviews about it so far, some being that they have a lot of fees and even their training is outrageous.

Welcome welcome, I recommend joining up with some local rest estate groups to network with in person and Facebook groups for investors, buy/sell, contractors, etc. to just be in the mix and see who is out there making deals and opportunities.

We personally have a mix, some are on 15yr, 20yr, and 30yr.
